my.unikl.ir-51702013-12-05T08:18:49Z Magnetic Field Detector Wan Nurul Nazifa bt Wan Ahmad Hazmi @Megat Top 20 The purpose of this project is to construct and test that consists of a sensitive low frequency (LF) amplifier with a headphone output socket. The three stages direct coupled amplifier automatically adjust its bias point via Direct Current feedback path from the output through Resistor or any AC signal component are shunted to earth via capacitor. The amplification factor achieved by this configuration is so high that you can clearly hear the noise signal produced by first transistor in the headphone. For the first stage of the amplifier best use in the circuit is low noise transistor BC549C. This circuit can also be used as sensitive microphone amplifier but for this application it would be necessary to decrease the amplifier bandwidth so that unwanted HF signals will not be amplified. The detector circuit does not contain any low pass filters so it is also sensitive to HF signal. The result of the magnetic field will detect and produce sound to headphone. There also have some problem which is it difficult get the coil for this project .Moreover, this prototype is not suitable for deaf people because they cannot hear properly. By the way, after the prototype function properly we will upgrade the project to make sure deaf people also can use it as their safety. Basically, this project is separated into three main parts. First part is finding and designing the hardware that required and related to the project. The second part is to construct and develop the hardware together with testing and troubleshooting. The third is designing component developed. In this project, the main component is audio as the way we can hear the radiation. 2013-12-05T08:18:49Z 2013-12-05T08:18:49Z 2013-12-05 http://ir.unikl.edu.my/jspui/handle/123456789/5170 en |
