This study examines the possible factors (empowerment, coaching, initiative, training and development, trust and respect and workload) that may have a degree of impact on employee satisfaction in UniKL MFI. The study was applied on 100 staff of UniKL MFI. By the results, it has been determined that there are only two factors that the constructed model is significant (at the p < 0.05 level) and employee satisfaction has strong positive correlation with coaching and training and development. These two factors are work related factors and not related to demographic factors.
