This study provides an idea of how the SWOT analysis can be used as tools to create a strategic planning for the company. In this research, SWOT matrix analysis is used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Samudra Shipyard & Engineering. The finding of the TOWS Matrix diagnoses will determine the suitable strategic planning for the company.
