The loads should not be interrupted for long time and the power need to be able in rapid time without interrupt people works for example students (need used power to do an assignment), factory, and apartment and so on. Compared to usual distribution panel have been installed in most houses, apartment, factory in Malaysia, there is a tagging system and diagram are installed in distribution board and sometimes both of it are not displayed at distribution board.. Furthermore, “say about people”, when electricity fault occurs, some of peoples do not know to read the electricity diagram and most of apartment, houses, and factory are installed much MCB at distribution panel that make the situation become worse. As a result, it will take too long to find the location of electricity fault because there is no tagging system in the panel, harder read diagram and so on. With this system, it will rapidly show us the location of electricity fault and display it at LCD panel. The main focus of the study is on electrical distribution board and new development will be proposed, tested and applied to the analysis of smart electrical distribution board. This research study will reviews the various type of electrical and electronic components such as microcontroller AT80C51, push button, relay, LCD (liquid circuit display), switch 1 poles, fluorescent light, MCB (miniature circuit breaker), RCCB (residential circuit breaker, 240V and 5V power supply, socket for menthol and so on. microcontroller and relays will be used in this product to control input on each MCB before displaying electricity fault at LCD panel.
