In particular, the generation of digital radiography is very useful in the diagnosis phase, because the inspector’s discrimination capacities are strongly improved, allowing to observe directly the comparison of film radiography with digital radiography. The aim of this study is to enhance a weld imperfection image which focusing on image processing method such as contrast enhancement and noise removal in MATLAB.
