The inevitable phenomenon of the development of a country is migration. This will lead to a change in the demographic pattern of the population which will eventually lead to economic change in the areas that send and receive migrants. However, the COVID-19 outbreak has made migration difficult. Some migrants are forced to return to their own country to maintain the country's well-being. This paper will address the impact of COVID-19 on migration in Malaysia and suggest ways how Malaysia response to this situation.
