This process will give a lot of benefits to human being in terms of its mobility and availability. Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) is a set of standards designed to extend Internet services to mobile phones, pagers, and personal digital assistants (PDAs). In view of these, the present study was conducted to use WAP in the alumni registration process. The main objectives of this study are to enable graduate students register alumni and share information using WAP technology via a cell phone or PDA. The system was develop using Microsoft Visual Web Developer, Openwave Simulator, Internet Information Services (IIS) as a web server and Microsoft Access as database management. The system also use Wireless Markup Language (WML) integrated with Active Server Pages (ASP) as a scripting language. This project involves four main phases. The first phase was doing a literature review; which all software and hardware specifications needed are met. The second phase is development and programming the codes for client and administrator side.
