Measuring job satisfaction from management, occupational and organizational characteristic among UMK staff

The study aims to determine factors of job satisfaction among staff in Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. Factors of leadership style of superior, workplace environment, job characteristics, support from co-worker and motivational factors have significant relationship with job satisfaction among staff.
