Summary:The purpose of conducting this research project is to examine the factors of quick service quality, price as well as trustworthiness that influenced the customer's satisfaction in patronize restaurant in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. To attain the objective of this research project, research question and hypotheses are developed and tested. Furthermore, each of the hypotheses is measured accordingly and result obtained are subsequently explained. In addition to that, literature reviews are included in this research project as to provide better understanding towards the influential factors on patronize restaurant as well as provide justification towards the research question and research problems. Primary data were collected through the survey questionnaire for this research purposes and 160 sets of questionnaire were distributes to the target respondent which we chose respondent that go to restaurant in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. By using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0, data collected through survey questionnaire are able to anlyzed and result obtained are discussed in the form of table as charts. Apart from that, major findings of this research project were discussed in order to understand the relationship between quick service quality, price trustworthiness towards customer's satisfaction in patronize restaurant. After this research, we acknowledge that these factor are important in influencing customer's satisfaction in patronize restaurant. Last but not least, the limitation faced in this study will be addressed and recommendations will be developed to assist the future researcher in managing these limitation
