Summary:University Malaysia Kelantan is a public university in Malaysia that offered various entrepreneurial academic programs to the students to shaping their entrepreneurial knowledge, skills and attitude. Entrepreneurial intention is found to determine students' willingness to engage into entrepreneurial activities in future and it may be affected by many factors. The main purpose of this study is obtain a clear picture of entrepreneurial intention dimension from a student's perspective and how contextual factors and personality traits could influence student's intention to engage in entrepreneurship. The primary data of this study was collected through questionnaire survey. 346 of UMK's undergraduate student from Faculty Entrepreneurship and Business were selected as respondent to do the survey of this research. The data and information that researcher collected were analyzed by using Statistical Package for the Social Science version 21 (SPSS 21). The type of data analysis that was used in this study were reliability analysis, frequencies analysis and descriptive analysis. In additions, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted in this study to observe the relationship and influences between dependent variable ( entrepreneurial intention) and independent variables (perceived support, perceived barriers, close support, openness, conscientiousness, extra version, agreeableness, and neuroticism). Result reveal that despite of the perceived barriers all the variables have significant relationship and influences with entrepreneurial intention. The discussion of this findings implications of study and recommendation are discussed in the end of the study
