Several plant selected in the study of Total Phenolic Content (TPC) and antioxidant activity. For TPC, method used was Folin-ciocalteu method. For the evaluation of antioxidant activity of the plants, two methods was used. First method was 2- Diphenyl-1-Picrylhydrazyl ( DPPH) Radical scavenging, and Ferric reducing ability of plasma (FRAP) method. For each test, both leaf and stem of Cosmos caudatus, Orthosiphon, and Carica papaya was done in the present study. 2015 Undergraduate Final Project Report NonPeerReviewed Muhammad Khairi, Bakar (2015) Evaluation of total phenolic content and antioxidant activity of different medicinal plants.
