This effectuates the increasing of HTC number in the fringe village. This study aimed at understanding the characteristics of conflict in GBFR fringe village that highly involve in the HTC issue. Then, the study also focusing on the perception and acceptance of villagers in the conflict area based on the different level of education and type of occupation. Interview and questionnaire conducted in this study to determine the relationship of awareness and respondent socio-demographic factor.
