This respondent includes academic staff, Dean of faculty, non-academic staff and also administration staffs. Besides that, this study also using the secondary data which was journals, books, articles and some other internet resources. SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) were used to analyze data in order to complete this study. The results from the study shows that the factors such as costs and efficiency can give impacts towards financial and staff’s performance among UMK communities.
