Summary: | The use of e-wallets is now a trend in society today, both in Malaysia and abroad. The use of E-wallets is much easier and faster than using the cash method, especially during this pandemic season. The study aims to determine. Thus, this study investigates the usage intention of E-wallet application among tourists in Malaysia using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study uses a quantitative method to collect data from respondents. It is the main gateway for foreign tourists to enter Malaysia. Data taken from respondents are demographics, perceived risk, and E-wallet user behavior such as perceived usefulness, privacy, and security of e-wallet. Later, data is analyzed by using SPSS. The finding revealed that perceived risk, perceived usefulness, and privacy and security positively correlate with behavioral intention to use E-wallet among tourists in Malaysia during COVID-19. The research's output is believed to provide significant benefits and add knowledge to any party who wants to know behaviors intention on E-wallet usage among tourists in Malaysia during COVID-19. |
