Summary:For real people facing the environmental and societal variables that contribute to so many diseases, stress is mental pressure. Young age is a crucial phase because this is when young people are going through a lot of changes in their life. Therefore, it's crucial to comprehend the sources of stress, which primarily include the following academic, family issues, and peer pressure. Usually, such stress can cause psychological, physical, and behavioural issues. In addition, to ensure the contributing stress of each student is guaranteed the person must carry out a research method which is the factors that affect stress among first-year students of Fakulti Hospitaliti, Pelancongan & Kesejahteraan (FHPK) at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. There are several features that need to be explored, namely purpose, precision, objectivity, and some other features. All of these features help with well-researched research. This research is also done qualitatively. This method is crucial in determining what kind of observation should be used to obtain information on factors that affect stress among first-year students of Fakulti Hospitaliti, Pelancongan & Kesejahteraan. Further, to address the research methodology of stress, especially first-year students of Fakulti Hospitaliti, Pelancongan & Kesejahteraan (FHPK) at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, researchers need to refer to the research methodology. The purpose of the research methodology is to collect, process, and analyze data that is systematically and efficiently performed to complete a study. Each study needs to have a purpose, and objectivity and what method should be used to ensure that the study is getting the right results or answers.
