The food and beverage industry are a dynamic sector in Kelantan because it contributes significantly to the country's economic growth. To balance the high demand from customers, one thing that needs to be emphasised is cleanliness. According to the World Health Organization, nearly 600 million food-borne cases occur each year, resulting in 420,000 deaths worldwide. Many people don't realise retailers are very important to emphasise and consider because they also have a connection to the food manufacturing process. This study has four goals: to determine the relationship between green manufacturing, green purchasing, green packaging, and green supply chain management awareness among food and beverage retailers in Kelantan. The last aim is to determine the most significant green supply chain elements between green manufacturing, green purchasing, and green packaging based on the awareness of green supply chain management among food and beverage retailers in Kelantan. To address this aim, a quantitative survey is being conducted, and a total of 200 responses were collected by means of surveys. The study's primary data was gathered using structured and semi-structured questionnaires. A conceptual framework was developed, and the result of the study indicates there is a very high relationship between green packaging, green manufacturing, and awareness of GSCM. These results have important implications for researchers and retailers as they continue to develop plans and strategies to further awareness of GSCM within Malaysia. 2023-01-20 Undergraduate Final Project Report NonPeerReviewed text en http://discol.umk.edu.my/id/eprint/13330/1/SAL%2015.pdf Haiswaryia Partiven and Mohammad Afiq Mohd Zahir and Nor Azura Harun and Nur Allya Yasmin Noor Hazly (2023) The green supply chain management (GSCM) practices and awareness of green supply chain management among food and beverage retailers in Kelantan.
