The mobile applications experience is critical in the context of hospitality industry, but the mechanism of customer intention development is still unknown. The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between interactivity, functionality and perceived ease to use of mobile applications to perceived security and privacy. There are 335 respondents from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) Pengkalan Chepa of FHPK students involved to answers the questionnaires conducted by the researcher. Google form was used to distribute the questionnaire and collected the data. The data collected through questionnaire surveys and SPSS software were used for the decision analysis processes. Descriptive analysis, reliability test and inferential analysis which is Pearson correlation were performed in this study. The findings showed that the interactivity, functionality and perceived ease to use have relationship with p-value less than 0.001. The result indicates that there is a significant relationship of interactivity,functionality and perceived ease to use of mobile applications to perceived security and privacy.
