Description
Summary:Financial management is one of the most important factors in our lives especially young people. Many young people are unaware of their financial management, despite the fact that they will have their own commitments and responsibilities as they enter adulthood after graduating from university. There are three objectives that will be mainly discuss in this study, which is (i) to examine the relationship between knowledge of financial management and financial management among UMK students (ii) to examine the relationship between parental income and financial management among UMK students (iii) to examine the relationship between peer influence and financial management among UMK students. This study uses a cross-sectional study or quantitative study. Target respondent is UMK students; there will be to 375 students of University Malaysia Kelantan as the respondent of this research. IBM Statistic is used to analyses the collect data and utilising Person Correlation coefficient to test established hypothesis. According to the result, knowledge of financial management, parental income and peer influence are positively significant towards the understanding of financial management among UMK students.
