Factors influence business success among women entrepreneurs’ in Kelantan.

Women play an important role in the economic development of the country especially in entrepreneurship. The numbers of women entrepreneur keep increasing in this sector nowadays. Hence, this study conducted to test on factors that influence women entrepreneur business success of Kelantan. In this study, researcher focuses on four variables that may correlate to women entrepreneur business success namely: government support, dispositional factors, financial support and family support. Data was collected using self-administered research questionnaire on 152 women entrepreneurs. Result from the study showed all factors have positive correlation on women entrepreneurs’ business success. Result of multiple regression analysis showed the most significant element was dispositional factors. The results of this study may give beneficial impact to body of knowledge and management practitioners.
