The University of Malaya Library was established in 1959 and through the years, it has accumulated a vast collection of resources and offered a variety of services. However, with the change in the way information is being stored and disseminated as well as the presence of IT savvy users, they Library has to change accordingly. This presentation will look at the various collection, facilities and services that are available to the staff and students of the University. It will also provide an inside view at the ways in which the Library prepares the students with the skills needed to be information literate.
