Enzyme kinetic studies were performed using Michaelis-Menten kinetic parameters from Lineweaver-Burk, Langmuir, and Eddie-Hofstee. The optimization studies showed that the relative activity of the enzyme remained high, even above 50 degrees C. k(d) obtained was very low, which indicates the high sensitivity of ANAE towards pesticides. The kinetic reaction of ANAE showed the promising application of biosensors in the detection of pesticide.
