The structural analysis of calcium doped BaTiO3

A ceramic BaTiO3 was doped with Ca at the A-site and A- and B-site. The methods used to prepare the ceramics samples were using a conventional solid-state reaction route. This method was adopted because it allows obtaining powders of high purity and minimal impurities. In this study, the characteriz...

Description
Summary:A ceramic BaTiO3 was doped with Ca at the A-site and A- and B-site. The methods used to prepare the ceramics samples were using a conventional solid-state reaction route. This method was adopted because it allows obtaining powders of high purity and minimal impurities. In this study, the characterization of ca dope BaTiO3 ceramics using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Rietveld analysis is carried out. The results revealed that the calcium ion incorporation had a significant effect on structural analysis of perovskite BaTiO3 at A-site and no significant effect at A- and B-site site doping. © 2021 Author(s).
