Walsogynes H-O (1-8) exhibited potent antimalarial activity against Plasmodium falciparum 3D7 strain with IC50 value of 2.5, 2.6, 1.6, 2.5, 1.5, 2.6, 2.1, and 1.1 mu M, respectively.
