Internships are relatively short term in nature with the primary focus on getting some experience on the job training and apply the skills we learned in the class and to the real world. The objective of internship is to give students the experience and know the real working environment situation which can help the students maintain and develop skills for their future. By joining internship, the students will expose to learn problem solving technique encountered during work, and to able to contribute valuable ideas to the organization. It also shapes positive attitude towards the field of employment options in the market. There are lot of skills, knowledge and experience need to gain before facing the real working environment during internship at the organization. |
