Submission of building plan is to be made after all the conditions of approval as stated in the approved building plan have been complied with. Therefore, this report will discuss a systematic planning process approval have benefited the developers, consultant and the authorities based on the project at Solusireka Resources, Kepala Batas, Pulau Pinang. Nevertheless, this report will illustrates on how to prepare the documents that is comply to the guidelines, rules and regulations stipulated in the standard manual drawn by of UBBL and Majlis Perbandaran Seberang Perai to construct a smoother planning approval process. In order to complete this report, an observation and an interview has been made with the person in charged. In conclusion, this report will state an overall constituent on documents that is involved at Solusireka Resources, Kepala Batas, Pulau Pinang.
