| Summary: | Industrialized Building System (IBS) has been introduced in construction industry as early as 1960's. The report involved Industrialized Building System (IBS), a construction technique whereby building components are manufactured in factories then transported and assembled into a structure with limited on site work. The aim of this report was to know more about the construction of steel framing system at site. The project site located at Jalan Teluk Senangin, Segari, Perak. The objectives of the construction of steel framing system are the method of steel framing system, the advantages of the steel framing system during construction stage and the problems that happens during the construction of steel framing system and the solution for the problem. There are many methods of study that used as data in the report such as observation, interviews and document reviews. |
