The internship lasted 24 weeks, beginning on March 15, 2023 and ending on August 29, 2023. I began my internship at As Shams Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. in Ampang, Selangor, at No.12, Jalan Excella 2, Taman Putra Sulaiman, 68000. As usual, As Shams Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd.'s office is open Monday through Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., while on Saturday the office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Industrial Training is a required essential course for Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Marketing students to graduate. The training has exposed trainees to the working environment and equipped them with fundamental professional skills and knowledge. This report aims to provide an overview of AsShams's professional experiences at his company. My primary responsibility is to develop effective marketing strategies for the company, provide excellent customer service, maintain a friendly rapport with customers, and be concerned with their charitable contributions. In conclusion, the internship has taught me how to become more mature, responsible, and professional in the future, as well as how to become a better marketing trainee.
