Extension of Time (EOT) is a very common thing that happens in the construction. The EOT can arise due to many factors, such as actual factor or intended factor. Therefore, this report will discuss about the process of EOT that can be claims by the contractor when the construction of the project being delay. The EOT in this report is focusing in project of 'Pajakan 60 Tahun Di Atas Tanah Rizab Keretapi Di Lot 853, Mukim Kajang, Daerah Hulu Langat, Selangor Dami Ehsan Oleh Srijang Kemajuan Sdn. Bhd. (SKSB) Bagi Tujuan Pembangunan Komersial Dan Kemudahan Tempat Letak Kereta' that construct a commuter station. This EOT had leaded a bad impact to the parties that involved in the project. The EOT will required a longer time and will raising the cost of the project to be complete.
