Performance measurement Information literacy is defined as a skill that individuals need to determine when the information is needed and have a skill to detect, evaluate, and handling effectively the needed information. These abilities make a perfect sense that it would be taught within in educational context. The information that practiced effectively is a key to success in their job or academic. Methodology is a method to give detail description of the steps that need to be taken in carrying out the research project. The process used is to collect information and data for the purpose of accomplishing a whole study and research. The descriptive method is more focuses on the events that occur in present. The method was appropriately determined when there is a relationship between the factors of the effectiveness of information literacy and organization performance in the organization. The statistical tests in this research have used Reliability, Descriptive Analysis, Correlation and Regression. Finding shows that employees prefer to get help from reading materials such as newspaper, journal, catalog etc. which is result on mean (M=4.18, SD=.922). It stated that Source Approach have the highest mean. To conclude this, employees prefer to have Source Approach and Communication Approach due to the result.
