Summary:The research aims to study the Relationship between Workplace Environment and the Level of Employees Perception towards Their Productivity in Majlis Daerah Raub (MDR), Pahang Darul Makmur. The limitation of study was focused on the employees in MDR. The scope of this research is to focus on the Workplace Environment towards Physical and Behavioral Components towards the Level of Employees Perception towards Their own Productivity. The questionnaires were distributed to 59 respondents in MDR. The workplace environment consists of two major components which are physical and behavioral. The components in the workplace environment play an important role towards the employees perception towards their own productivity because it will give an immense impact to the employees either towards the negatives or positive outcomes that will employees provide to the organization. On this study, it was focus two variables of workplace environment which are physical and behavioral components and the level of employees perception towards their productivity. In the physical and behavioral components it were consists of furniture, lighting, noise, temperature and working environment.
