This research is about the employee's awareness and attitude towards green office environment. This research helps organizations to examine the level of employee's awareness on green office environment and determine the influence of green office environment towards employee's productivity at Putra Specialist Hospital (Melaka) Sdn. Bhd. This research studies on the two variables that influence employee's productivity which is environmental awareness and attitude. The researcher needs to find out the level of employees awareness on green office awareness at Putra Specialist Hospital Melaka Sdn. Bhd. Besides, researcher also has to investigate the practices of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle at the hospital. This study has conducted at Business Office Department, Putra Specialist Hospital Melaka Sdn. Bhd. The simple random sampling has been used to select the employees from Business Office Department. Thus, the respondent of the study was 60 employees at Business Office Department from different job level and function within the department. However, according to Krejcie and Morgan Table, only 52 employees are selected for this study. The findings of this study indicate that the employees have high awareness on green office department. In addition, the result of the data analysis has shown that environmental awareness and attitudes have significant relationships toward employee's productivity at Business Office Department, Putra Specialist Hospital Melaka Sdn Bhd. The researcher also suggested some recommendations for organization and also for future researcher, which for the organizations, they should ramping up recycling and organized training or workshops on "Green Office", while for the future researcher, researcher suggested shall increase the population and sample size of the study. To add, they also can add on other independent variables in order for them to obtain a good result of findings.
