Summary: | This research was conducted to study the workplace bullying affects employees job performance at Malakoff Corporation Berhad. This study was conducted based on two factor that related to the workplace bullying which is person related bully and work related bully. The research also analyzed which dominant factors that affect job performance. Other than that, the research also will analyzed if there is any correlation between person related bully with job performance and work related bully with job performance. A total 100 respondents participated in this study. |
