The concerned of the study is to know whether leadership styles such as Transformational, Transactional, and Laisse-Faire gave big impact on employee's performance level such as high, medium. or low performance. The first objective of the study is to investigate the influence of leadership styles on employee's performance in the workplace. Secondly is to identify the leadership styles of the managers in the workplace. The study was using correlational research and the sample population was 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The data gained was analysed using Pearson Correlation technique. The findings of the study were; there are two leadership styles practised in the company but majority of the respondents chose their leader was practising Transformational rather than Transactional. The Laisses-Faire leadership style does not being practised in the company. In addition, with currently practised leadership styles, majority of respondents got high level of performance, few of them got medium level of performance, and none of them got low level of performance. As conclusion, the first and second objective of the study had been achieved through this research.
