Changes have to be made to ensure that the organization is always moving forward. FixMe Coach Sdn. Bhd. is one of the organizations which responsible in providing best services to their customer in order to compete with other fitness centre. This study was carried out at FixMe Coach Sdn. Bhd, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur which is offering fitness and body building services requirements for their customers. In addition, this study was focused on readiness for change among support staff at FixMe Coach Sdn. Bhd, TTDI, Kuala Lumpur.
