| Summary: | The general objective of this course is to expose students to script radio drama production techniques. The course will guide them through the systematic production of various categories of drama and provide them with ample knowledge of different methods of producing three types of script radio drama. At the end of the course, students are expected to be able to produce different types of script radio drama. They will essentially be guided on the operational techniques for scriptwriting and recording and how to produce radio drama. Emphasis will also be placed on special problems involved in producing drama such as casting, budgeting, research and performance (proposal). |
