Description
Summary:The study of sociology starts with a brief understanding of the foundations of sociology that introduce the sociological perspectives of everyday life of a human being. This course will also introduce the students with the knowledge that members of the society are affected by culture, socialization, groups and social control. Some aspects of social inequality and social institution will also be taught to highlight the issues in society. Finally, social processes such as changes in population, urbanization and social movements will cause social changes; as had happened in Malaysia with the birth of the National Economic Policy.
