| Summary: | The internship experience at PNB Imaging Centre was a transformative experience that enhanced my professional growth and provided invaluable insight into the property maintenance industry. During the course of six months, I had the distinction of working with a dedicated and talented team on a variety of projects and assignments that expanded my knowledge of how the property operations department manages buildings. Throughout the internship experience, I had the opportunity to learn how to manage work related to tender documents, produce monthly reports, manage staff work schedules and service schedules from contractors, make a phone call to contractors and much more. This hands-on experience enabled me to observe the practical implications of my studies and gave me a deeper understanding of industry standards. Exposure to cutting-edge technology, industry trends, and innovative solutions ignited a passion for continuous learning and development. Undoubtedly, internship experience present challenges and difficulties. I effectively shared SWOT analysis. And these obstacles have taught me the significance of resiliency and adaptability in a dynamic workplace setting. In addition, I proposed some SWOT analysis-related ideas for the company to adopt and develop professionally, thereby enhancing its problem-solving capacity. |
