The students of UiTM Bandaraya Melaka are required to experience the Industrial Training Program, which is a part of the academic credit hour to gain a degree. Therefore, it is compulsory for trainee to undergo an Industrial Training Program at Ranhill SAJ Pasir Gudang for the period of 24 weeks starting from 1st March 2023 until 15th August 2023 as per requirement of UiTM in order to be qualified to receive a degree for my course that trainee have registered in, which is Office System. First and foremost, the goal of an internship is to create a real-world working environment in which trainee can apply newly acquired skills or information for future job. It is evident that it is more than just finishing the degree and graduating from college. Through hands-on observation and task performance, industrial training has presented us with a wealth of new information. The internship also allows the students enrolled to observe the working environment. The trainees could improve their communication, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, decision-making, and teamwork skills. This report will define the term "industrial training" and provide a summary of the aims of industrial training. This section goes into detail about the goals of an industrial training report and an industrial report. It also goes into information about the company, such as its origins, history, and so on. Furthermore, this report will explain the many jobs and activities that the trainee have completed at the company on a weekly basis. The tasks and activities assigned to them and all the final year students were crucial in growing our field of work. The 24 weeks industrial training programme that trainee had just completed was extremely informative, exciting, and challenging for someone with no prior work experience. It has provided the trainees with several benefits and great adjustments that allow them to enter the professional environment. This course provided new perspectives and greater understanding about the actual working scenario and practices.
