On December 2, 2023, the Ultimate Frisbee Club UiTM Pulau Pinang Branch (UiTMCPP) organised a tournament - Raglan Mini Hat (RMH) 1.0. To ensure the success of the event, a Frisbee Clinic had been conducted four weeks before the tournament which enabled the club to recruit participants for RMH 1.0. Through additional promotion via WhatsApp, RMH 1.0 received 47 registrations, including students from UiTMCPP, UiTM Perlis Branch, UiTM Perak Branch, Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Albukhary International University, and the public. While most participants were experienced frisbee players, some inexperienced players were trained by the club players two weeks before the event.
