Summary:This industrial Training Report is a detailed summary of my 24-week internship at Association of Islamic Banking and Financial Institution Malaysia. This report includes to depict my industrial training process over the course of this 24-week period. It offers an in-depth overview of my industrial training experience throughout this period, containing various aspects such as engaging with a diverse range of individuals, networking opportunities, adaptation to the working environment, exposure to the real industry, and the acquisition of skills relevant to both work and personal growth. This industrial training report includes my profile, the profile of the organization, my training experience, SWOT Analysis, TOWS Analysis, recommendations and conclusion. SWOT analysis. This report will provide a review of my performance and recommendation for future enhancement. As is generally acknowledged, when it comes to ‘International’, it brings the meaning as an interaction between countries on a global scale including diplomacy, cultural, business, security etc. As an International Business student, the course 'International Business' is highly relevant to my Industrial Training at Association of Islamic Banking and Financial Institution Malaysia (AIBIM). Throughout my internship at AIBIM, our work often requires us to get connected with the international counterparts especially during meeting and program organized by AIBIM. Therefore, this report will further explore this relevance through a detailed SWOT and TOWS Analysis about its international engagements.
