I had an incredible adventure throughout my 6-month industrial training from 1 March to 15 August 2023 at Matrix Concept Holdings Berhad, especially in Sales & Admin department, which I will always treasure. I was exposed to a dynamic and creative work atmosphere from day one, which drove me to put my abilities to the test. I received mentoring from experienced experts who helped me develop as a person. Throughout the industrial training, I learned important practical information that would benefit my future chances. The entire experience was genuinely a lifetime memory, and I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to be a part of it. This report consists of the profile of Matrix Concepts Holding Berhad, their achievement, and the outstanding working environment that leads to a successful business, especially in property development, hospitality, construction, and education. By considering both positive and negative components within as well as outside the company, the conclusion of the SWOT Analysis part aids in understanding why the analysis is vital. The conclusion provides a detailed summary of the company's current position and prospects by thoroughly examining internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats.
