This report has highlighted my memorable 6 months industrial training (MGT 666) in Majlis Daerah Kota Tinggi (MDKT). I had started my internship training on 3rd May 2023 until 15th August 2023 with total duration of the training is 6 months. I was choosing Majlis Daerah Kota Tinggi (MDKT) as a place for me to experienced my internship journey that was located in Kota Tinggi where it is near to my house. I was placed in Human Resource department for the first week and move to the Administration department for the next week until my last day of training. Sitting in the different departments help me develop a lot of experiences and ease me to adapt in the new work environment. In addition, I meet the most competent person which is my supervisor who is always provide various chances for me to feel the different environment of job. Other than that, he is always observe my job and remarks me when I am doing mistakes to make sure I understand my job roles. During my training, I was faced with a lot of work with short due dates and it helps me to build my self confidence in performing my job. All these experiences can be considered as a preparation for me to create a strong career path. Despite from that, MDKT provides various works experience, work cultures and work values which is crucial for me before entering work life. In a nutshell, I believe this program helps student to easily adapting with new environments, new challenges and new information which is different while studies. This is also can take as a pilot before the students entering the real work life soon.
