Summary:This study attempted to examine the study about offensive humor and impact on the employee's performance in the organization at Lembaga Pemasaran Pertanian Persekutuan (FAMA). This study was focused on the lower and middle level management of the employees in FAMA. For the purpose of data collection, a questionnaire was used as the main instrument. The questionnaires consist of three sections including the demographic and three more sections were constructed according to Research Objective and Research Questions that were based on the types, factors and impact of the offensive humor. 40 questionnaires were distributed to the selected employees in FAMA. Several follow up and call were made to ensure that the researchers get back all the questionnaires. Within three days, all the questionnaires were collected. The data analysis was done by using SPSS 20.0. Based on the findings, the respondents from FAMA were agreed that office humor conducted them towards the stressfulness in the office environment. The respondents of FAMA were highly recommended to have the psychological knowledge in order to cope with the matters of the offensive humor.
