Besides, maintaining the maintenance of the building also can prevent accidents and inconvenient from happen. Therefore, this report will discuss the civil maintenance activity according to the problems stated by the tenant of the building and inspected by the contractor and engineer. This report was conducted for a residential semi-detached 2-storey bungalow house at Presint 10, Putrajaya. The objective of this report is to identify the problems and the solution maintenance suggested by the maintenance team. The report will focus on the methods civil maintenance needed for the house to making sure the safety and comfort of the occupants inside the building. To illustrate the importance of building maintenance as an important subject to focus on to achieve a high productivity of building services and guarantee the safety. This report will also be explaining the material and cost for the maintenance activities conducted to the building and the maintenance was also evaluated and approved by the Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR).
