Description
Summary:Going through this Industrial Training (IT) Programme, there are innumerable things I have learned, experienced, and seen from numerous aspects. First, obviously, to mention the fact of seeing and applying the knowledge learned beforehand, being in the program. This knowledge can be acquired not only formally through lectures and studies, but also through lifestyle, environment, and social interactions. An example is how to interact, how to pass the completed work, and many others with higher-ups in the company. This is knowledge learned throughout the study years in the Diploma studies by communicating with lecturers and officers at the university. Another thing that I would like to say that I knew from this program is that I understood the workflow in the work world. Learning the flow of sending task updates or completing them to a higher officer, as well as how to ask others for advice on a problem to others. This really teaches me a lot about the reality of work environments that do not get by studying lectures. It was a really great experience and a great way to learn. In conclusion, I really appreciate the Internship Training Programme as part of my learning journey, and it has many benefits for me as a student. I get to meet new people and befriend others that are not close to my age, and being able to interact with them is something new for me. I was also able to gain new knowledge and skills, both technical and theoretical while adapting to the ones I learned throughout the previous semesters.
