This project paper entitled “Employability Skills among Business Graduate from Employers’ Perspective” was conducted from July 2013 until December 2013. The main aim of this study was to identify the perception of employer’s concerning the employability skills needed by business graduate in job market. Four variables which are communication skills, personal quality, teamwork skills and intellectual/academic skills that make up employability skills based on past research were examined in this study. How employers were viewing the employability skills needed by business graduate in job market; which skills were relatively stronger; and the most important employability skills chose by employers were the questions answered in this study. Managers of nine local banks were collected through 80 questionnaires. Through this research, researchers are able to know important employability skills among business graduate from employers. Finally, recommendations were also included in this study
