Summary:This study is to find out whether management has influence on safety culture in the organization and also to find out employees perceptions towards safety culture at Jengka 8 Palm Oil Factory. Questionnaires have been distributed to 30 respondents and 30 questionnaires were collected back. Data analysis done using SPSS version 12. The study showed that respondents agreed that management have influence on safety culture in organization through management action and management attitude. Besides that, it also showed that employees perceived that safety awareness, competency and communication of safety issues are important to promote safety culture. From this finding, there were some recommendations to the organization such as improve knowledge about safety, develop and implement safety program to improve safety culture, provide safety material and equipment.
