In modern society, social media plays an important role. People of all ages virtually use social media every hour and minute of their lives. Social media can be utilized for a variety of purposes, including the operation of an online enterprise, by a variety of individuals. Online commerce, which is closely related to online purchasing, is now extensively recognized on a global scale. Due to the rise in prominence of online purchasing, social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter have become crucial for the development of numerous categories of enterprises in the twenty-first century. Today, anyone can acquire or acquire anything with a single click, from the most fundamental necessities to the most bizarre and preposterous products. Online purchasing has become the norm in modern culture. Zempirexx Phone Enterprise is a company focused on selling iPhones. Due to the recent pandemic, this company emphasizes online sales over offline ones. This enterprise catered to a broad spectrum of consumers and audiences, primarily in Malaysia. All iPhone inventory is obtained through the Zempirexx Phone Facebook page. Nur Atikah binti Nurun Azman owns and manages the Zempirexx Phone Enterprise in its entirety. As their agent, we sell Iphones to students and other customers. Puncak Alam is the campus of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) where we are both full-time students. Beginning in early June 2022, we launched this online business as an agent. We have been conducting and administering the Facebook page, which includes selling and promoting the products on the Facebook site.
