The course is developed to introduce to the advanced student to the art and techniques of cinematography for the digital filmmaking. Students enhance their cinematography skills by working in production teams with digital cameras and lighting equipment in a variety of studio and exterior settings, as well as by attending cinematography workshops as to be exposed to practical problems and a variety of assignments. While learning how to use the camera, the procedures, principals and application of basic professional cinematography, students also apply cinematic techniques in controlled studies of digital and image capabilities.
