Summary:Library instruction includes instruction on both how to evaluate information resources and how to use library resources such as the library catalog or other bibliographic databases. It prepares individuals to make immediate and lifelong use of information effectively by teaching the concepts and logic of information access, and by fostering information independence and critical thinking. The effectiveness and the awareness of library instruction play the important role in the library. In this era, user is more know about the usage of technology. So, the improvement from traditional to digital must be effectively according to users need. To collect information and also data from respondents, the distribution of questionnaire is one of the best way that researcher must do. These studies focus on the students in UiTM Kedah to investigate the effectiveness of library instruction in Perpustakaan Sultanah Bahiyah. Stratified sampling will be used because it's suitable for the big population of Bachelor of ADminstrative Science Students. For analyzing data and findings, Ststistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) has been used. In conclusion, awareness, user's perception and other significance of this study is the factors that make the library instruction in Perpustakaan Sultanah Bahiyah more effectively.
